New Big Inc, doing business as New Big Systems ("New Big Systems," "we," "us"), provides software at https://newbigsystems.com/ that businesses use to follow up with leads and book appointments by SMS text message, email, live chat, phone, voicemail, and calendar.

1. Information you give us
When you request a demo or create an account, we collect the company name, your name, email address, and phone number. If you contact support, we keep the contents of that conversation.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card on a page protected by HTTPS. Stripe processes the full card number and security code. We do not collect or store the full credit card number or security code on our servers. We may receive from Stripe the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration month and year, a payment token, and the result of the charge. Charges are in United States dollars (USD).
3. Information created by using the software
If you use the software, we process the messages, call records, voicemails, contacts, calendar events, and files you or your users place in the account, plus technical logs such as sign-in time and browser type. We use this information to deliver the service, to bill usage in USD, and to investigate abuse.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to create and support your account, to provide the software, to charge the Professional Plan and usage, to send service messages about your account, and to secure the service.
5. Who we share information with
We share information with service providers who perform work for us:
- Stripe, to process payments
- Telephone and messaging carriers, to deliver the SMS messages and phone calls you send through the software
- The email and hosting providers that run the software
- Zapier, or another tool, only when you choose to connect that tool to your account
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and our business. If we sell or transfer the business, customer account information may transfer with it.
6. Cookies
The website uses cookies so the site can remember a session and understand which pages are visited. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
7. How long we keep information
We keep account information while the account is open. After the account closes, we keep records we need for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention, and then delete or de-identify them.
8. Children
The service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email KellyB@newbigsystems.com and we will delete it.
9. Your requests
You may email KellyB@newbigsystems.com to review or correct the account information we hold, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep certain billing records the law requires us to keep. You may also call 817-663-1600.
